"Training and inspiring the entrepreneurs of tomorrow!"

Project 1322 is a non-profit organization that was founded to teach and inspire young men to pursue entrepreneurship and business ownership. It gives youth an opportunity to learn and experience a realistic view of business ownership, business management, decision making and more through mentorship and hands-on activities. Participants benefit from positive examples of business owners in their communities and lessons not offered through classroom instruction while providing them with positive examples from their communities.
Project 1322 was given its name based on Proverbs 13:22 which states that "a good man leaves an inheritance for his children's children..." (NIV) so we strive to teach our participants to leave an inheritance for future generations; a heritage of not only wealth but of values as well. This is essential to creating communities that sustain themselves.
We have adapted a two-fold system to guide the youth who participate in our programs. First we provide direct and personal access to business owners in their communities which gives them an opportunity to ask insightful questions and experience the operations of the business first hand. By providing them with this type of access we make becoming a business owner more practical so that they can envision themselves doing the same. Next, we give them instruction on the basics of business ownership such as business plans, financing, marketing, etiquette, customer service and financial statements. Please join us in leaving an ongoing legacy for our communities.
"I believe that business ownership is one of the greatest ways we can affect positive change in our own communities. Here at Project 1322 we are training and inspiring the entrepreneurs of tomorrow."
